Refundable deposit: check of 1500 € (for the rental of the whole lodging) to be envisaged on arrival at the lodging, not cashed. Tourist tax: 0,80 € per night, per adult person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival.
The 20% down payment is a deposit and is non-refundable.
